Terms of Service

1. Introduction

1.1. Event By Tee Luxe is a premium event planning and management company. Our mission is to transform your vision into an unforgettable experience through meticulous planning, creative design, and flawless execution.

1.2. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, consulting services, and event booking processes. By booking a consultation or signing an event contract with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1.3. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our platform and event services.

2. Bookings & Consultations

2.1. Initial consultations are free of charge. However, a booking is only considered confirmed once a formal contract is signed by both parties and the initial retainer fee is successfully paid.

2.2. All event dates are subject to availability. Submitting a contact form does not guarantee a hold on a specific date until the retainer is paid.

2.3. We reserve the right to decline any event request that conflicts with our brand values, safety protocols, or logistical capabilities.

3. Payments, Retainers, & Cancellations

3.1. A non-refundable retainer (typically 30% of the total estimated cost) is required to secure our services for your date. This retainer covers initial design work, administrative blocking of the date, and vendor sourcing.

3.2. Final payments must be cleared no later than 14 days before the scheduled event. Failure to complete payment may result in a halt of services.

3.3. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the initial retainer remains non-refundable. Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date, to cover costs already incurred with vendors.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. The client is responsible for providing accurate guest counts, dietary restrictions, and final approvals on design elements within the timeframes specified in the event contract.

4.2. Any damages to rental items, venue property, or equipment caused by the client or their guests will be billed directly to the client.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All event designs, custom fabrications, mood boards, and proprietary concepts presented by Event By Tee Luxe remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced by other vendors without our explicit consent.

6. Media & Photography

6.1. We reserve the right to use photographs and videos from your event for our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the event.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. While we strive for absolute perfection, Event By Tee Luxe is not liable for failures or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including severe weather, sudden venue closures, or third-party vendor no-shows.

7.2. We highly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive event insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or liabilities.
